Doing my part to make the world a better place—whether it be by a total epiphany or a simple smile—I've found a hobby in leaving simple Post-it notes. On these Post-its are written words of kindess, love, and encouragement, in hopes that it may bring a little light to whoever may find it. Since this objective took flight, I've additionally enjoyed simply sharing daily occurances that make life beautiful. Do take what you can from my silly, messy, and scatterbrained story. If nothing else, may it encourage you to embrace your own.

Back in Action!

Hello, hello!

It's been awhile, eh?

My week at camp was awesome--full of lots of laughter, games, and learning. What more could a girl even ask for? ;-)

To be honest, I got zero Post-its out over the week. I swear, when I'm at camp, my worries do not fluctuate much past "What time is it?" and "Where am I suppose to be now?" It seems like just when I start to get the sched. down, it's time to go home. In any case, it was a very nice time and it felt good to check-out of town for a week.

However, while I was slacking in my note posting, my rock star friend, Brittany, was not! She left this cute little note... Well... I don't know where. But somewhere! Super cute. And... As if her Post-it wasn't enough, I always spend an extra 8 seconds admiring her pink camera. So lovely!Today, I had an appointment for my back at a specialist and decided to leave a note there! I'm pretty sure the clinic I went to isn't open for any general check-ups or anything, and is specifically for the minority of people who seem to be able to mess up their body. I've come to a conclusion that, for the most part, all the other patients I see there are about 5 times my age. Good thing I am totally smitten for cute old folks! (Not in a creepy way... Obviously!) ;-)

Anyway, I was feeling a little defeated with my physical well-being, so I thought I'd make my note appeal to those who are in the same state of mind. After leaving it, I realized I sort of put a bash on physical health (Which I do think is HUGE and a big part of being all-around healthy...) But I also believe you could be the most buff, athletic, marathon-running, physically competitive person in the world, and still be completely lost without good emotional/mental health. I suppose everything goes hand-in-hand... But today, mental/emotional health was a top priority! Besides, you can always have your say in controlling that, whereas your body occasionally decides to do whatever it wants.

Okay, well I'm off to bed! Maybe. I always seem to say that and then I get distracted by this or that... Is that bad? Naaah. :-)

G'night!

Meagan
